Of course! We would love to have you. We will send a questionnaire to each guest preceding the tour; if any of our guests note that they don’t drink on their questionnaire, we will be prepared in advance to use locations with non-alcoholic drinks available.
We will do our best to accommodate all our guests, but we cannot guarantee that the ingredients used in the course items will be vegetarian and gluten-free. For vegetarians, we recommend our “Our Neighborhood Tour” which includes vegetarian okonomiyaki, and all guests can enjoy our drinking-only tours like Tokyo Calling Shinbashi Tour.
Because our tours are all drinking tours, it will be difficult for us to accommodate children on the tour. Teenagers are free to come to enjoy non-alcoholic beverages. The legal drinking age in Japan is 20.
If you cancel within 2 days before the tour, there is a 50% cancellation fee, so half of the tour cost will be refunded. If you cancel on the day of the tour, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. Please check our policy page for details.
Yes, you can. If your schedule in Tokyo is flexible, our tours are more fun with more people, so if there is an opportunity to mix in with another group on another day, we might ask you your opinion on moving the date.
